I bought this as a gift on father's day. I didn't expect it would be defect, it worked totally fine but when it's discharged you cannot charge it again. After contacting customer service, they responded so quickly and made sure i will receive the newer model they brought in. Few days until i received the new model and it was working perfectly. We're very happy with the price and functionality of the shaver. Mostly because of the great team supporting. It brings you peace of mind when buying products online.

The trimmer sharpness stays for 4-5 use then its blunt.. Don't buy

Ok product. Not that great. After I bought it I found same product in market available for half of its price. Takes bit long for clean shave however outcome is satisfying.
