Slimming World Free Foods: Guilt-free food whenever you're hungry

There's not much choice in each section, only a few dishes have photographs and it's like a cook book from the 1980s. It's also the old version of slimming world with the red and green days which they don't follow anymore. Save your money and use the online recipes, I have returned my book.

We purchased this book as we were following slimming world programme and wanted some recipies that we would enjoy.However when this book arrived we discovered that it followed an obsolete version of Slimming World and does not match the current plans.If you are wanting a nice cookbook then this book is fine, but if you are wanting a Slimming World cookbook then this is not for you as it is too outdated.

Very disappointed. This book looks as though it has just been published but it is based on the old system of red and green days

Book had pieces off discoloured paper used as book markers left in between pages. If you are selling a second hand book at least clean it up before sending it and remove scrapes of paper. Book not the updated version i thought i was buying, advert shows the updated version. Received the older version with dirty cover, used antiseptic wipes to clean before using. Very disappointed with the condition off the book. Advertised as in very good condition.

Just arrived today. Very disappointed. This is the old style book. I’m thinking of sending it back.They should be selling the latest books from the latest updated diets. Not happy.Just offloading old stuff for good money.
