I ordered this combo pack as I use a lot of coconut oil and I liked that it came with the re-useable jars that can also be used as mugs. Really a good deal. I know it states that it is unrefined, and I am not an expert on coconut oils yet, but I did notice that it does not get solid at colder temperatures. This is fine for most uses, it may be an issue if you need it to get solid for any reason.I loved the taste and smell and it worked great for my purposes so far.

The oil is fine but they use the container as a selling point which I like. However the glue they use to apply the label is awful. I love the jar and would like to use them but the glue is unremoveable. Other companies who use containers meant for reuse use a glue that can be removed. I would feel better about this product if they changed the label glue. And there is no way to reach them on the label. The www address isn't real.

I think the container is adorable. There were no shipping issues, it came when expected. However, the flavor isn't what I expected. I've been using coconut oil for many years and realize there are many different tastes based on processing. This didn't taste rancid by any means, as others have described. That said, I didn't care for the taste at all. When cooking other heavy flavors (such as steak or roasts), it's not too bad. I can't use it in my coffee at all, nor would I use it in lighter dishes such as vegetables or grains. Flavor is a 1.5 star, the container is a 4 so I combined the 2. If you're just looking for a cute container that comes with something in it first so you can feel like you're recycling, be prepared to use it in the dogs food to get to the prize sooner (which is how I am using mine- as the oil in the dogs weekly treat to all the leftovers we have so we don't have to toss them out).

While I've only started to use the 1st of 2 jars, I am completely wowed by this coconut oil!! I doesn't have an over-powering coconut taste at all. I've been using it to coat a pan I use for scrambled eggs which has now become my new favorite dish!! This coconut oil just gives the eggs such a wonderful delicate flavor. I use the oil to cook just about everything in, with wonderful results. I'm hooked!!I wish I could attest to uses other than cooking, but I'm still in awe over the results I have in that area! I kind of just want to savor it for a little while before I branch out into anything else ;-)This such an amazing product and I highly recommend it!!Update: I have now used this oil many, many times. I just tried a new one and it doesn't even compare! This is by far a superior product. The taste enhances whatever you're cooking without overpowering it. BEST ORGANIC COCONUT OIL EVER!!! Buy it, you'll be amazed!

loved my first order ...My second order of this product has very large brown spots . I sent a email to the company and they answered me that is was just shells particles from the coconut because this is a cold press item ...it is not small particles , it is clearly a rather large brown area in the coconut oil ... I also found out that they closed my return window,,, todays date is 3/16/17 my window states closed in April ... i loved the product so sorry to see this happen ...

Love the jar, can be used later..The coconut oil is light and not overpowering for those who really don't like coconut oil. I love it. I have tried a few different types; and some are a little creamier and denser in texture and really fragrant, which I love. Price is good for 2 pack, and if you buy many more, will definitely have a nice jar collection..

This seems like good quality coconut oil. I appreciate the glass container, because plastic seems a little sketchy. This product seems to have a stronger coconut smell and flavor than other coconut oils. I don't like it as much for that reason, though that's mostly personal preference.

Oh my. I really do like this coconut oil. Getting it in the nice jars with handles takes away the guilt I would otherwise feel for paying more for this organic coconut oil than that I have been getting (which was from Mexico). I like it that it came in glass rather than plastic.I love the mugs this coconut oil comes in (and would love it even more if they would make this available in even larger mason jar mugs, hint hint).My coconut oil was packed very well and safely and although I ordered and received these two jars in July, in Texas, there was no leakage at all from the shipping.
