Fast and safe PCOS recipes
Love this recipe book! I've been looking for PCOS recipes that are doable and don't take too much time or energy or products I've never heard of. I've already experimented with several of these recipes, and they are all that bundled with taste and variety. Plus, the author explains the health benefits for PCOS for each recipe, as well as a "booster" you can add to make each meal even healthier. My only criticism would be that some of the recipes don't carry a lot of flavor, but that is easily rectified by adding salt or a few simple spices. The best thing is that I don't have to fret over each ingredient in each recipe, wondering if it's good for me to eat: it's all good, and will all benefit my PCOS and insulin resistance.
