Science Made Easy Ages 8-9 Key Stage 2 (Carol Vorderman's Science Made Easy)

Not made easy telling the stuff without explaining,the page are black and white NOT suitable for children as the children at primary school the most understanding returning for a colourful books I suggest selling little expensive and trying to colour the book.

These series of books are of really high quality. If you are looking for something to help additional schooling to bolster learning on something which is becoming tricky for your child then these take the time to explain the issues and work in good straight froward steps meaning furstration free learning. They are also really useful if you are looking for home schooling support. This science one has really helped my 7 year old step up in his interest in science and experiments.

This is not the whole course in detail but a brilliant revision for all sections of year 4 curriculum.

I think it was a little bit too advanced for grandson but interesting.

Good book but a bit more basic than I think is appropriate. Maybe science has changed a lot since my days at school. I hoped for a bit more. They don't really seem to do science at this age at school which I think is a problem at a time when kids need to understand the world around them. I was hoping this book would make up for this lack.
