Excellent book I loved it

I have made the Cheesecake thrice now .....only to determine whether it's the recipe or me and I still don't know! I baked if too little the first time and it was a runny mess, doubled the baking time the second and third time and it did set but was still super creamy and I think I wanted more texture still. It's also too short. i added chocolate to the sour cream topping and that was a great decision.

I am happy, excellent book and well explained, happy with the Amazon shipping service arrived fast 100% I recommend this book.

Great book. Author really is helpful seeing the big picture.
