I was a little disappointed with these as I thought they could be used for opening and closing the link - probably my misinterpretation of the pictures. In fact it is only suitable for opening the link - which is fine as it is easy enough to close the new link with pressure on the peddle

It is mini version of proper tool. Don't waste your money on it. you might unlock quick link with that, but no way to lock new link because of size of that tool.

I should advise every roadbiker should have one of this tool, it’s very useful.

Compact size, very useful for chain maintenance.
