Didn't see any difference at all. Nit even 1%. Plus texture is VERY difficult to wash off, very gooey and gelling.. waste of money, never again

The consistency is somewhat grainy however the rice grains are not hard and don’t feel rough in the face. After I washed it off my face felt very moisturizer. I would recommend for dry and combination skin. I do not have an instant glow to my face but using this I. Combination with my moisturizer cream did leave my face feeling very moisturizer and soft throughout the night until the next morning. The container is a bit small but a little goes a long way.
