Infared beats open burner gas BBQ's hands down. No more Roman candle chickens, haha. I do have a complaint about the design. There is no drip pan under the grill, just the bottom of the housing. it's sad that Char Broil decided to eliminate that part as it could result in the bottom rotting out. I'm going to line the bottom of mine to protect it.Other than that these grills are a pleasure to cook on. This is my second one, I had to give the first one away when I moved overseas.

We got excited to buy this char broil grill but we were really so disappointed to receive it unassembled and most of that all there is no team to assemble in amazon nor the country.. are we suppose to buy this product and have aknowledgment of fixing it???

Ordered this through Amazon. But, unfortunately it didn’t arrive! The courier said they had tried to deliver but there was no one at home, which wasn’t true. However, I found exactly the same one, complete with a free bbq cover on another site so I cancelled the order. (Sorry Amazon).The bbq itself is fantastic. It cooks quicker than our old one and is very easy to clean. Just finish cooking and leave on for 15-20 minutes. And wipe or use a bbq wire brush.It’s not the easiest to assemble. At one point my husband asked me to Google and see if there was an assembly service like Ikea. It took us a couple of hours. He’s hoping never to have to help me assemble a bbq again lol.

Superb bbq. Easy and clear instructions to assemble. Easy to clean. Has a real quality feel. Very impressed, would certainly recommend Char-broil

Non è stato affatto facile, ma alla fine ce l'abbiamo fatta. Dovevamo comprare un buon barbecue professionale per la passione innata di mio padre nell'arrostire carne e quant'altro. Ci sono anche altre aziende chi più buone e chi meno buone, ma questa "Chair-Broil" è una delle migliori, soprattutto perché è americana e li si che sanno come si griglia. Il consiglio che ci è arrivato e che ci ha portato ad acqusitare questo barbecue è che va comprato con la GRIGLIA IN GHISA e il resto può essere tutto in acciaio inox. Con la griglia in ghisa cucini un'ottima carne e il risultato sarà formidabile, è vero non è facile da pulire, ma ne vale la pena.

Très bon barbecue de qualité. Le système d'auto nettoyage est très pratique.Prévoir un peu de temps pour le montage.Je recommande vivement.
