I have been taking these Zicam rapid Melts for several years. They work for me great! I start taking them the day I feel like I am getting a cold symptom like a sore throat, nasal congestion, or a runny nose, and it seems to shorten the days I have the cold. The value is excellent when you look at how many days you save being sick. And they taste yummy. They just melt on your tongue, so they are super easy to use. They do not affect my sleep at all, so if I wake up in the middle of the night to use the restroom, I take another Zicam. Very pleased and highly recommend.

This stuff works great....I had some syptoms of a cold the other night & I took it immediately after it was delivered, & I feel pretty good. I would guess it would work better if I took it before but I just bought it today. So glad that I bought it because I'll use it next time I'm starting to feel the symptoms of a cold.

Best thing every to get rid of a cold. Take at first sign of cold symptoms. I get citrus flaver. These rapid melt on your tongue. Take one every 3 hours up to 7x day. It really works!!

Love these usually sick for weeks and weeks with many many symptoms but these cut the cold short and shorten the symtoms any zicam product is good I even have the nose spray which works excellent with congestion nose and head
