Bough this for my annual Luigi Halloween costume. Neck is posable and stays put, similar to that of a large pipe-cleaner. Bottom is weighed down to keep the plus from falling over. Well worth the money. Now sits on my desk with a push pin in its mouth to hold my work schedule.
