Just what I needed for fasciatis injury
I injured my foot resulting in similar symptoms to plantar fasciatis, pain in the fascia and my Achilles.I stand on this for a few minutes in the morning and the evening. It stretches my heel and eases the pain. I highly recommend this as an easy thing to do to help. You can stand on it while you brush your teeth or are doing something in the kitchen, or just look out the window and watch the birds!

Great for Art, probably for Yoga too.
I purchased these to serve as a wedge while I work on watercolor (yup e.g. painting) projects. They work great! Lightweight, not slippery, and with nice angle; they support my Arches Watercolor block very nicely. I plan to use it with my painting board as well.The wedges might be useful for Yoga too! ;-)
