I strongly advise never to buy Bajaj products from Amazon. Neither Bajaj nor Amazon is doing their job, and the service from both sides has been extremely disappointing and very frustrating, the worst service by both amazon and bajaj. Can't trust both, my issue is explained below It has been almost three months since I raised a complaint about my Bajaj iron box, which is still under warranty. The product had a two-year warranty, but it stopped working after just one year. Since then, I have been repeatedly following up for a replacement, but instead of resolving the issue, I’ve only been made to feel like I’m begging for help. Amazon’s process has been especially frustrating. Whenever I call, the specialists simply log a case, ask me to repeat the issue, and assure me that they’ll get back with an update. However, I never receive any follow-up or callback. Each time I contact them again, I’m forced to explain the entire problem to a new specialist, and nothing is done. This cycle has repeated with multiple representatives, but there is still no resolution. On Bajaj’s side, the service is equally poor. The assigned person doesn’t answer calls, ignores messages, and when they do respond, they are extremely rude, dismissive, and show no respect or willingness to help. This entire experience has left me questioning how brands like Bajaj are allowed to continue with such poor customer service, and why Amazon continues to collaborate with such dealers. After this experience, I find it very hard to trust either Amazon or Bajaj. When we buy a product Amazon should take the responsibility of the replacement process, but they made me to do everything to contact bajaj, however still there is no help from both amazon and Bajaj
