It's So Nice having a new faucet. This was a great price and it feel like it will last a few years. And for this price, I'd be happy if it lasts five years. Seems well made and a super easy install. ..The bolt was too rusty so I sawed off the two front wings and lifted it straight up. ..I used sharkbite press on male adapters, Teflon tape and a little pipe dooe for lubricant. ..I installed the connectors first, lay it on the faucet rest, mark it at the top of the small nut. (Yellow line on picture), both pipes cut to same. ....Take off the Big nut, press the assembly onto the pipes, slide the faucet under the Big nut. I put lubricants on all my threads. ...No leaks. Works fine.

My utility sink faucet was leaking and I couldn’t find this particular style in local stores. Bought it from Amazon on a Saturday afternoon and it arrived Sunday afternoon. My dad came over to install it and within 10 minutes, he was done! This was a perfect replacement for my nearly 20-year old leaky faucet. The handles are so smooth to operate. I am very happy!

The Homewerks 3310-250-RB-B Rough Brass Laundry Faucet was the perfect modern replacement for the original faucet on my Selfon Laundry Tray (Sink) manufactured by Chicago Granitine in the 1940's (they went out of business around 1963 to 1973). The faucet mounts onto the concrete block attached to the top of the sink with a single bolt (unlike the original that used two bolts). As you can see from the video it operates very smoothly. The flow can be increased by substituting the hose adapter for the built-in aerator. You can see the hose adapter resting on the sink to the right side of the faucet. Unlike the original faucet which used packing and washers which eroded over time, especially if the faucet was overtightened; the Homewerks faucet uses quarter-turn valves, which should last a very long time unless misuse erodes the mechanism. These quarter-turn style valves also work very well when the faucet isn't used often. This is an excellent value! The plumber told me that it cost less than trying to fix the old one and is much more functional.

Spout seems a little flimsy but will work for our laundry sink since we rarely use it.

Replaced old same style easy to install worked great

I hired a plumber to install the replacement faucet so gave a 4 rating on installation because pipe sweating was involved but it was a perfect replacement faucet for my old utility sink. The hot and cold taps turn on and off smoothly and the faucet looks great. It did replace a very old corroded faucet so I might be biased on the final appearance. It is very sturdy and highly versatile with a hose hookup option and a 180 degree swivel. Perfect for utility purposes.

This is identical to the faucet I replaced that has been in my home probably since the 60’s. My old faucet was dripping constantly. I was able to cut the faucet out and install this one within 30 minutes. No leaks, no drips. Looks so much better!

The title says it all. This faucet was a gift for my mother. She's very happy with it. Pros: - Very easy to install. Only took me about 20 minutes. - Very well-made. This faucet looks like it will hold up for a long time. - Great Value. The faucet looks as good as the more expensive models I saw at in the local Home Depot. Speaking of which... - It looks great. Very nice looking (for a utility sink faucet). Cons: -None that I know of. I'm glad I bought this faucet and highly recommend it. Just make sure you measure the faucet you want to replace before you order this faucet. Make sure the attachment area (where the pipes connect to the faucet) is more or less the same width.

Bought this to replace the older washer/sear style one on our laundry tub. This one is cartridge based, and I hope it will be drip free longer. I did have some challenges stopping leaks on the 1/2 inch threaded connection. Use lots of T-tape!

It was easy to install. I installed it 3 days ago and until now everything is fine. There are no leaks and he does his job very well.

Dislike that I had to buy copper pipe to pipe tread soldering adapters Good price, I bought a “good as new” one, that was just as good as new Easy enough installation if you’ve done soldered plumbing joints before
