Great memory card

Beware if your phone or device has a case
So far, the product did download all of the pictures. But it did glitch out when I tried to copy the entire album and didn't seem to deallocate the memory.The worst part is that it WILL NOT fit an otter box case. I had to buy an extension. VERY poor design.And, there's no number for support or an email in the packaging. Very few hits on the web, either.I give it a middle of the road rating because it did what I bought it for. But there needs to be a disclaimer about devices with cases.

Disappointed that I had to take my cover off in order to use the device.
The main thing I didn't like is that I had to take my cover off in order to use the device. I didn't like is that I had to take the cover off my cell phone in order to use the device. It was A hassle to take the cover off! I would not have bought it if I knew I had to take my cover off. Because it was so difficult! It would also be nice if the device had something to put A hassle trying to take the cover off! It would also be nice if the device had something to put it in to carry it in your purse. Other than that I like to device. You should try to create one that could be used while the cover is on the cell phone.Mahalo

Doesn't fit older Ipads
I returned this item as it did not fit my IPad. It would be helpful if it came with a micro cable connection to hook up to a computer

Great device for storing photos
Great device for storing photos. Incredible room. Saves a compressed version on the phone itself, so you can see them whenever you like. My wife and I saved thousands of photos to this device and there is still massive room available for more. About to get new iPhones, and this will make uploading the ones we want in our photo library on the new phones much easier.

Does not work !!!
Unit worked twice, after transferring 5,000 pictures to the unit. On the third use, IT FAILED !!! PC app does not work, never worked. PC fails to recognize the unit. My pictures and data are trapped in the unit. This unit is a piece of junk to me now. No customer support on their website. FUTURE BUYERS BEWARE OF THESE PROBLEMS !!! Do not purchase this item
