Pros: - soft leather - good compartments - durable hardwares - cheaper than comparable briefcases in that price range i.e. Samsonite Cons - leather bleeds a bit (not really an issue as it is normal in most leather - the detachable strap is a bit flimsy (although I prefer using the briefcase as a hand carry bag and not a messenger bag so this is not an issue to me) Verdict: For its price, this is very good buy.

Bulky than expected

Looked at a lot of bags on Amazon and settled on this one. Price, compartments and 100% leather was my criteria for buying it. Man it sure is a nice bag and I'm not the least bit disappointed. I wasn't sure it was going to hold all my gear but it does in spades. I carry my work flat notebook 9 x 11 ½, MacBook Air 13" in back compartment and it well protected. Next Compartment is my iPad Pro with Otterbox Defender case, that's a padded compartment. There also another compartment alongside the padded compartment but I don't need it. Under the front flap is a zipper compartment with a pouch I keep 2 checkbooks, spot for 3 pens and a business card holder for cards. On the back is another compartment for slim papers. All the compartments have a zipper over them. The bag is a really soft leather and smooth. In my picture it looks like it's faded but that's the light when I took the picture. I don't drag it around too much, it goes from my house to my truck where it stays most of the day unless I need it in my office. It got rained on the the other day and looks like new. I was in Office Depot the other day and looking at their bags and they had nothing as nice and were a lot more expensive. I had my last bag for 10 years and didn't think I would find something to replace it but this fills the bill. Not in the least disappointed and recommend it a lot.

I'd must have looked at every bag online and in stores for months before making this selection. Once I received the product I was even happier with my choice. Key factors for me are: *Style - Leather is soft and doesn't show wear even after weeks of use. Weaved interior compliments the exterior. Stitching and fasteners are stylishly done adding function without compromising the look. *Durability - Leather still shows no wear even after weeks of use. I intentionally scratched the bottom to test which disappear when I rub with my finger. Carry strap is securely fastened with durable hardware. *Usability - Compartments are smartly designed. Laptop section is well padded, secured with a strap and zippered. 3 added pocket hold my power adapter, headphones and backup external drive. Notepad section is zippered with ample room for my takehome work files. Front section has well placed compartments for my IPhone, Pen & Pencil and business cards. Even ignoring cost I would still choose this bag over any of the $400-$500 alternatives.

It suits my needs, fits the laptop, small umbrella and rain jacket, notebook, stationary and enough space for headphones. Great quality
