Ottimo libro
Libro bellissimo, ho anche “come fare il pane” ma questo a differenza dell’altro è interamente dedicato alla pasta madre (licoli in realtà) ed è più specifico, dà indicazioni più particolareggiate. Peccato non sia tradotto in italiano. Ricette ottime e di tradizione tedesco e inglese, chi cerca il pane italiano è fuori strada.

Such a useful book with a number of varied recipes from savory to sweet, beautiful and useful illustrations and explanations. Very much recommended!

The author leads you by the hand through what can seem to the beginner a bewildering number of steps to the finished loaf cooling on your counter.. The book is full of great recipes that will tempt you to enter the world of wild yeast.
