They came scratched up and in bubble wrap
No box as advertised. The bowls are scratched up. The chopsticks came separately in a box (that was also beat up). To say the least I am very very disappointed as this was supposed to be a gift.

Use Them Every Day
Perfect size for anything. I use one every day. Dropped them a few times and no damage. just don't microwave.

Good quality and good customer service
Had an issue with the product but it was quickly solved directly by Vallenwood while amazing support made it a hassle. Quality is great and I’m excited to continue using them into the future.

They are really pretty but unfortunately they arrived broken. They were quick to refund. IT's unfortunate amazon driver doesn't take the time and not deliver cause you could clearly here they were broken.

Great Quality and Size
Much better quality than I expected. Bowls are large and stylish. Used them for a dinner with two kinds of soup and guests loved that they could try both at the same time. Stackable and easy to store
