My Korea: Traditional Flavors, Modern Recipes

Purchased this book based on some recipes from it published online as part of the press release; they were very good. However, despite spending £30 on the book (from Amazon Prime), it has arrived scuffed, damaged and dirty (other items in the same package were fine; so highly unlikely this happened in transport). From other reviews, it seems like this is a problem shared by other UK reviewers. Will be returning and purchasing from someone that wouldn't have the nerve to send out a product in this condition.

Amazing cook book. Honestly one of the top professional quality authentic korean cookbooks out there. This book is absolutely phenomenal. It’s korean cooking done RIGHT. Every recipe has korean tradition and culture explained with it. It’s educational in not only cooking but understanding the history and fundamentals of Korea and korean cuisine.
