Nice cooking range at the price, the best part is you can use flames inside up top and bottom as the same time.

Supposed to have 5 yrs warranty on oven
Its different from other retailers as others have additional 5 years warranty on oven but this does not. Looks cheaper in quality. ......

Total disappointment
They sold me a bent cooker. The cooker came and installed. Then I realized the cooker is bent on the bottom side. The bottom sheet metal plate is bent and the support is not fitting properly. I called Electrolux service many times, finally a technician came and confirmed it is a defective product. Need to be replaced. I am still waiting their replacement. I am very upset with the brand and their slow service in UAE. I will complain about it in every possible platform. Don`t buy their products. I don`t know how a brand new cooker from factory came like this. How it even left the factory as a finished product.
