Not a cheap product and the bills arrived damage. Definitely not a recommended supplier.

Studying the contents of this product, it contains similar ingredients as a much cheaper version. Up to now nothing has changed, only more toilet visits. I have reduced the dosage to one capsule a day hoping for a better result.

I started taking this product for a vacation I was to take for 10 days that would not allow for refrigeration of my usual probiotic. Saw that this one was good for prostate concerns as well so gave it a shot. Wow! I have been able to reduce nighttime bathroom runs from an average of 4 or 5 times per night to an average of 2 times per night. Fabulous! I have been using saw palmetto products for past 5 years. The saw palmetto helped at first, but over past year or so has helped less. I simply added the new product to the old and the improvement is dramatic. I am so pleased. I get stretches of more than an hour of sleep at a time. Yea!!! Last two nights I only had to urinate one time per night. I haven't had that low a rate for many years. OMG. Thank you! Needless to say I will keep using this product. Only been on it for 3 weeks now, but what a difference.

This is hands down the best probiotic I’ve ever used. If you have any bladder issues or have had run ins with kidney stones this is the perfect product for you. I haven’t peed this well since elementary school
