The media could not be loaded. I'm out in the sun 10 hours a day 6 days a week in the Florida Heat and this product saves my life on a daily basis. Especially if you're having cramps, muscle aches, body aches or headaches from the Heat or from workouts or from any excessive activity this will hydrate you within 20 minutes of drinking it. If you suffer from cramps or charlie horses drink this as soon as you feel the Charlie horse or your cramp coming on within 20 minutes your hydrated and body is back to normal it's a game changer. I've been using this product for 3 years now and I swear by it.

This is expensive and I prefer to buy it directly from Liquid IV when they have a 20% off sale every ~3mo. Pina colada > Lemon Lime > passion fruit/concord grape/stawberry/watermelon.I think it is odd to see that they trademarked "CTT" which is just a fake term they made up of how Sodium-glucose cotransporters (SGLTs) in the gut are used to bring two Na+ ions and one glucose across the cell wall. The increased salt concentration on the other side of the stomach causes osmosis and brings water across the cell membrane and hydrates you more quickly.

The liquid IV was introduced to me by my daughter on Mom's weekend at the U of I last spring. Life was much better the next morning after one hour of drinking liquid IV!! I have used it for fasting, before and after a required surgery, and just drink it sometimes because it just tastes good. This is a staple item in my kitchen cabinets : )

This stuff is So much better than drinking sodas. The way these packages are priced however is a bit confusing. Pay attention !

I am a letter carrier for the Postal Service in Phoenix, AZ. We do our jobs in trucks that do not have A/C. Temperatures in the summer here can get well above 110 degrees. Sometime as high as 115-117 degrees. Dehydration is a very big problem for us routinely. This product has helped me personally in preventing this from happening. It is easy to use on the street. Pour it into a 16 ounce bottle of water, shake very well and enjoy. I would recommend shaking the bottle well before each drink. The flavor is good but there is a slight sodium type of taste. That's normal. I do feel better quicker by using this instead of water alone. On a normal summer day, street time is around 5 1/2 to 6 hours, I will use this product a couple of times.. I use this with other products as well, Propel, Vitamin Water and also straight up water. I use a varIety of products through out me entire street time. I do get a little bit of stomach upset sometimes but Pepcid A/C helps with that. I do highly recommend this product for those that face dehydration problems but do be aware of some possible stomach upset. This does not happen to everyone. The last order I made was 2 bags of thirty pack strawberry. I only received 1 thirty pack bag. I inquired on Amazon as to what happened and the supplier, Market Global, provided me with a refund for 1 bag very quickly. I would have preferred that they just ship me the 2nd bag but they did make things right quickly. The error cost them 1 star in rating but mistakes do happen and I will order from them again. My personal favorite flavors are the strawberry and the concord grape. Everybody will have their own flavor preferences but those are mine. They do have a lot of different flavors so explore the choices before you order.
