I have not made any recipes yet, they are rather complicated, but they do look very good. I have carefully read through many of the recipes and they do seem very promising and I am going to try some for special occasions

Excellent cookbook for a new Vegetarian. I love Field Roast products and now I can make them at home. The beginning gives recipes for the basic grain meats, the rest of the book has lots of recipes for what to do with them.

What!!! Make my own mock Field Roast products at home!!! Amazing - I love that I can double up batches of these wonderful things and freeze them as I make so that I always have plenty of back stock in the freezer. Now these recipes are not all simple but what they are is worth the time and effort they take and you will not be disappointed you can also further modify some of these to add your favorite ingredients as well!

The recipes are amazing!! From roast to sausages, it gave me a lot of good idea of my husband who has hard time transitioning into a vegan diet. Great cookbook
