Yuzu Juice - Marugoto Shibori (750 ml)

This Yuzu is absolutely top shelf.If anyone has even made it this far to look for Yuzu online it's because it's just not that easy to find in even Japanese markets. Yuzu fruit is typically only available in autumn/winter, and can be very expensive for even one fruit that does not yield that much juice at all. And yuzu vinegars or cheap imitations taste very processed and do not keep very well.This is actual yuzu juice and tastes like the real deal, and to yield this much quality juice yourself from the fruit would be incredibly expensive. It's not the cheapest bottle, but for what you're getting is absolutely worth the price and the quality is unparalleled.Highly recommended

Tastes more like actual juice squeezed from Yuzus than the commonly found concentrated versions, which are noticeably more bitter and astringent.The product also freezes well to preserve freshness, if you don't go through a lot of it.

Excellent flavorful and aromatic product. It is not the same as the product packaged in smaller sizes. The large bottles are a much better product in my opinion.

Tastes horrible. Way too bitter. I recommend buying from kizu instead.

Tried this as I was told it was first press. It has very little flavor and tastes extremely watered down.

This definitely tastes like yuzu juice, but seems a bit watered down. I'm mixing this about 30/70 with carbonated water. If I were to use it for cooking, I'd probably add it as a partial substitute to water rather than an entirely additional ingredient.It seems about right for the price. I will be purchasing this again.
