Used two 10lb bags of muscle pharm Arnold iron mass over 2 months time, gained 10lbs. That was around 60.00 per bag. Bought one 6lb tub of big Rons king mass. After finishing just one tub at $38.99 , I put on 11 lbs of solid mass, not soft. That was about two weeks time for the 6lb tub. There is NO better product for mass gain and price and effectiveness. The taste is the absolute best I have ever had.

I never write reviews about anything but this right here is the real deal. Its hard to consume the right amount of calories when your working 12-14 hour shifts and then hitting the gym right after. This does pack a good amount of muscle and mass for a very good descent price. The taste is not so bad and the delivery is right on time. Highly recommended for all you hard working lifters :].

I’ve never been one for Mass Gainers honestly. I think most are just cheap garbage protein thrown together with a bunch of fillers and other garbage! I still think most of them are but I recently decided I wanted to bulk like crazy, get my lifts up and pack on the size. Who else to trust in the mass gainer field other than King Coleman himself? As far as gainers go, this is a very clean one and it’s super easy to drink. Gainers aren’t supposed to mix the way this one does but 4 scoops in a jug plenty easy. I also combined my tub with PREMASS – Stimulant Free Clinically Dosed 2-In-1 Pre Workout Mass Gainer, Dragon Fruit, 688 Gram as my preworkout. Another clean product that pushes the gains to another level and carries you through the workout. It’s a mean stack but it gets the job done and if you’re looking to pack on size, I’d recommend giving it a go. Do the research yourself and see what works but I think this is the best mass gainer available. It has more to it than optimum nutrition’s mass gainer and that’s the only other one I’d trust.
