I love these Ben Gay patches. They are not sold everywhere and I’m glad I found these on amazon. They’ve always come through for relief from low back pain. I love how my hands don’t get messy with the smell. Just place it where you need it and it does a good job. I try to always have them in my bathroom drawer. They’re a lifesaver and trust me, I’ve tried lots of other products! I feel these work the best.

Regarding the pain relief is the best.Lasts over 3-4days.The adhesive isn't too strong,if you take it off for shower you cannot stick it again.The smell is very light and just for the first day.It reliefs the pain fast after 1-2 hours you can feel the difference.
