Get one of these if you care about your leasure battery
Although pricey. Anyone looking at this product will know letting leasure batteries run flat below 50% is damaging the battery .This voltage sensing relay is perfect for van conversions. Easy to fit and set up. The bonus feature that i did not know it had was the connection for a kill switch. This is a handy feature to save your leasure battery when the van is not being used for a long period. Simply connect to small gauge wires to the controller up to a panel switch. And this will isolate everything in one go. There is also a connection for a buzzer to warn you that the battery is low and will buzz for 30 seconds before dropping the power. Giving you time to grab a torch if need be.

Says not to connect direct to inverter
The description says it will handle up to 65A continuous but the instructions warn not to connect the load to an inverter. Instead. I will need to dismantle the inverter to connect it to the on-off switch or faff around by adding a relay. It's not what I expected at all.

Bisher so wie erwartet.
Ich benutze das Teil um einen Sinus Wechselrichter zu speisen.Meine Anlage 400 Watt Solarmodule 30A Laderegler 100 AH Solarbatterie.Verbraucher 30 Watt Gartenteichpumpe und 240 Watt Poolpumpe. Der Wechselrichter ließ die Batteriespannung bis 10 Volt absinken und piepste sehr unangenehm vor dem Abschalten was im Garten schon sehr störte außerdem fing die Anlage an zu Takten was noch mehr nervte. Ich habe den Batteriewächter auf 11,25/ 13,25 eingestellt so kommt der angeschlossene Wechselrichter nicht in die Alarmspannung und piepst auch nicht.Die Batterie wird auch geschont außerdem besteht jetzt noch die Möglichkeit über den Laderegler nachts eine LED Beleuchtung zu betreiben weil in der Batterie noch genügend Strom gespeichert bleibt. Ich werde Berichten sobald das Teil seinen Dienst einstellt.
