Awesome piece of coffee maker
This an ultimate companion for me and this let me discover a new way to brew coffee. The structure is rather straight forward only that makes it premium is the aluminum flask which really justifies the cost of this product (i think this the 50% of the product’s cost) just be mindful some people report of leakage- there is a metal ball in the drain. You have to place it snugly and properly so it acts as a stopper in order for coffee brew doesnt flow prematurely. The strainer shouldnt be put in a dishwasher- just clean it gently with hands.Always use medium ground coffee beans not finely grounded ones

Easy to Use
I am a cold brew junkie and and I love how easy it is to make cold brew in this. It feels high quality for the most part. The only concern that I have is that the middle portion that contains the ball bearing is a bit difficult to clean. In addition, the button and the contraption to lift the ball, which allows for the cold brew in the top portion to drain into the carafe, seem kind of flimsy and I have a feeling it will break with long term use. I’ve only used it once so as of now everything works great and is very easy to use. I also loved the packaging and the simple instructions.

Weak design, water now leaks out before it can brew
We've been using this for over a year now and I was always a little sceptical of the ball+lever system that plugs the hole where the brewed coffee later drains into the carafe after it has finished. And now the water no longer stays in the upper section where the brewing takes place, but rather leaks down into the carafe underneath within about 10 minutes after adding it. I've tried to find the issue, whether it's with the lever arm or seals around the ball, but to no avail. Very disappointed given how expensive it was.Will be replacing it with something more robust and less mouse trap-esque.
