Very nice and comfortable. Giving it 5 stars but that would not have been the case in the first hour of putting the chair together: very frustrating. I wasted over an hour trying to put in the second bolt in the connector. Only 2 of the 4 holes matched up perfectly, as they should. In order to put in the second bolt in I had to use brute force and use one of my own tools. The tools provided would not do the trick. After that everything went fine as the instructions provided are very clear and easy to follow. Also the installation kit contained extra bolts, nuts and washers which can come in handy when dealing with small parts.

The tightening loop strap is poorly designed and if its windy doesmt tighten enough to allow the cover to stay on. I have another one with two tightening straps which is a better design allowing it to tightened adequately.

Le cordon de serrage est trop petit (mince) et pas pratique. La fermeture-éclair est trop courte, elle devraitse rendre jusqu'au haut.

Should have read more reviews. This is way too light and even cinched up as tight as it will go around the bottom it gets blown off.

This product covers our chair well. it was a little thinner than I expected, but it does the job. My wife struggled to get it on and off though until I showed her the clips which make it really easy to slip on and off (unless it is windy, then it is more tricky. overall happy with the purchase.
