Window cleaner here, I used this product to remove hard water stains on residential windows. I think the drill brush’s provided are decent however even with minimal pressure I still experienced scratches on my clients windows. I would recommend using a softer white drill brush. Since white drill brushes are less aggressive you may need to do a couple more passes however a little more work is worth it because you won’t have to worry about scratches.

This glass cleaner is incredible. I had a badly water stained outside window that nothing would clean. The water calcium had built up over 16 years. I really thought I was going to have to have a new window installed. In a last desperate attempt I bought this product thinking it would be another failure to add to all the others I've bought and tried. Low and be hold this stuff lives up to its reputation. With the aid a 3m glass scrub pad I applied this by hand and using circular motion watched as the window started to become clean. It took 3 tries but each time the calcium started to disappear. The brushes are not needed, try it just like I stated and you will wash that white calcium and rust if you have it away.

I wanted to remove screen burn from windows on front porch. I'm sure the stuff works somewhere else. But not for my application.

The slightest amount on a microfiber cloth takes dirt, grease, tarnish, age... all off with a slight rubbing.Don't use paper towels as they will degrade before the Dimond dust does.I used on stainless steel, brass and glass so far. Think that the application my be endless.A day will do you do start with a hat pin size drop.

Product arrived broken and leaking in the bag it was shipped in. The order also came incomplete. I ordered the 4 brushes, two large and two small. Only two large brushes arrived with the broken bottle of Diamond Magic.

Great product overall. If you are like me and you do not wash your windows except for once every 5 years and you live in an area that has hard water, then you understand the pictures that I posted. I used an impact drill on the medium setting with medium pressure and I only did half a window at a time. It is very important that you keep the window wet at all times. Let me say that again. Some of you didn't read it. Keep the window wet. One more time. Make sure the window is wet when you use this product. If you apply it dry your window will be scratched to hell. Let me say that again. Just kidding. Hopefully you me that time. As soon as you're done with a small area, rinse it off immediately. Do I need to say that again? This is not a very friendly product, but it is a very good product if you know what you're doing. There are no instructions, so if you don't read this comment then you'll have no idea what to do and this is probably happened to a lot of people. Ease of use I would give it two of five. Effectiveness I would give it a four of five. There are still a lot of small water marks on my window, but they are so much better that I have to say that this product was well worth it. Even if it was just me getting outside putting water on my window and running a drill and a brush over it it would have helped.
