Skyhorse Super Vegan Scoops!: Plant-Based Ice Cream for Everyone

This is a very lovely book, with photos for each recipe. The book is divided in sections. I particularly like the "sides" section. There are classic ice cream recipes and some less classic ice cream recipes. Not too sure about the garlic ice cream, but I can't really judge if I have never tried it, can I? Don't hesitate to purchase this book, it's fabulous!
