The orbital bone is where the brow bone is...so above the brow, right under the brow & all around the outer eye area. Not directly on top of the lid that covers your eye. I hope this helps!

Can I use this all over my face? As an all purpose brightening balm?

You can, but I don't think it would act as a brightening balm. It is more like a pearlescent highlighting balm, so all over the face would be very noticeable and glittery.

Disappointed. The product is not bad but I expected more. Don’t see any hydration, there is some mild cooling sensations but it does nothing to puffy eye. I won’t purchase it again.
