Q: what is the different between fine point and needle point? Thanks

Needle point comes in 0.7 and 0.5. The tip of the pen is thin and straight like a needle. Fine point is 0.5 and the tip looks more like a normal pen tip. Cone shaped and pretty thick at the top where it meets the pen body.

Q: Are there refills for the needlepoint retractable pens?

I don't think so, but to be sure why don't ask the manufacturer of these pens. Sorry.

I don't know if Amazon has any but Google it and you should find some.
