I was taking a prenatal with folic acid instead of a methylated version and I was craving tomato sauce for breakfast (tomatoes are high in folate!) After starting on these (which contain a methylated version of folate) my sauce cravings and nausea decreased in pregnancy! I’ve continued use through almost 1 year postpartum so far and have felt a great impact in my energy levels which is noticeable on days I forget to take these! My hair has been shiny and the thinner side of my head has seemed to grow and at least appear as thick and long as the other side! I recommended to my friend and she continues to take! Both of our midwives approved! Honestly couldn’t say anything negative about these! Easy to swallow because of the capsule form (no chalky tablets!) They’re great forms of each vitamin, a good quantity, and good price. Highly recommend!

Great product.!! Thank G‑d, I’m a mother of many and have tried so many prenatals over the years. Most made me nauseous or even vomit. A nutritionist recommended this one, and it’s truly been the best! It’s kosher, has folic acid, gives me energy, and has all the essential vitamins I need. I also take it while nursing. I'm using this prenatal for my second pregnancy. It is a lot more complete with higher percentages of the vitamins and minerals I need as a mom-to-be on a plant-forward diet, including choline, folate (preferred over folic acid), pantothenic acid, vitamin B-12, magnesium and zinc. During my first pregnancy I had to take several different pills to fulfill my nutritional needs. This time the Zahler DHA+ had me covered (with the exception of additional iron I needed for anemia). Therfore with less pills per day I would say these are a good value. They are easy to swallow and usually don't leave me with an aftertaste. On rare occasions I've had a bitter after taste come up but that has been on mornings when I've taken this without eating anything and skipped breakfast altogether. I would definitely recommend these to other expecting and lactating moms for prenatal and post natal health for both moms and babies.
