Holds Water Very Well

I dropped the ball and didn't look at the measurements. I saw 3 qt, but didn't do the math. This bucket is barely big enough for rag, water and a hand. I didn't realize San Jamar would sell a bucket this small. It is usually used by restaurants for their sanitizing rags and I have only seen a larger size. This model is only 6.50 x 5.80 x 5.70 inches. BEWARE of the size before ordering. FYI: I see the measurement for the 6 qt is wrong. I think it is the size that I actually wanted, but I won't buy it because it states the size is 1.43 x 1.72 x 1.57 inches. I have used the larger bucket made by this company for home use and it has lasted over 15 years. It still works, but has a 3" crack from the top and will soon find its way to the trash. I was happy with my original bucket.

Love the width. I can easily get my squeege in there or hang a towel off the side. Great capacity. Small enough to hold a good amount of cleaner but light and sturdy enough to take up a ladder. Good value.

The bucket is strong and half the price of the next best competitor that I know of, but the handle is just bare metal. How much would it cost to add a plastic grip so that it doesn't hurt your hand when picking it up when it is full? It was hidden from the angle of the picture. I would not have purchased it if I had realized that.

I use this to clean my CPAP equipment daily (with dish soap) and to sanitize weekly with a stronger solution. The 6-quart is the perfect size; fits easily in the kitchen sink and is big enough to dilute the sanitizing solution with one gallon of water. The negative reviews here mostly refer to the 3-quart size, which I'm sure is ridiculously small. This one is just right.

This bucket works great! It holds the water right in there and doesn’t leak it out like all the other buckets I have. The red color makes it easy to find amongst all the other things lying around it. It is great to pour out of too, it pours right out without dripping down the side and hence does not get my new shoes all wet. Would definitely buy this bucket again should I ever need another red bucket.

I’m so glad I bought this! It’s perfect for my 50ft expandable hose. All of the hose fits in the bucket so it doesn’t sit on the ground.

The descriptions of the product would be better with a scale of size. I needed the 6 qt. size. The 3 qt. was too small for restaurant use.
