just what I needed
My old ballast lit the bulb, it seems to be doing fine. Most importantly it wasn't broken upon arriving. I bought two light bulbs, the other, even though it appeared to be packaged better and they were both in the same amazon prime box, the other was shattered, didn't even have to open the box. Happy with this purchase.

Well worth it.
Just got my 300watt today worksreally good love the dimmable feature only thing I was upset about was the light had couple dings here and there but overall extremely good light.

Arrived with the element broken off at the base inside... had to send back and there was no option to re-order. Will try another brand/seller.
