Augason FarmsButtermilk Pancake Mix 3 lbs 4 oz No. 10 Can

I didn’t know how good we had it until this mix was out of stock everywhere. I tried 2-3 different brands and mixes and they were okay (most… one was awful). But this mix… comes out perfect every time. Nice golden color, light and fluffy/spongy, and is super easy to make.Ever since I started a monthly “pancake day” when my daughter turned 3 and we were cooped up at home during the pandemic, we’ve tried many brands. The first was good. I liked them, as did the family. Another couple brands were tried… also decent. Then the better of the ones we tried were out of stock, so I tried this one. Even better!!!Then this one was out of stock (for a while), so I decided to try some others. One was okay on taste, but was always way to dense and I could never get right. The kids and I always felt heavy and stuffed after a few bites. The next substitute… well, I made one batch and tossed the rest. Everyone rejected them, for text and taste, and they were much more work (egg, milk, melted butter, etc).Then this one came back in stock. Thank goodness!!! I was worried pancake day was going to lose its magic (with the kids). This morning, I made them and everyone was thrilled with how good they were. Lots of “mmmmmmm”s.One of the best pick pancake mixes we’ve tried, and we’ve gone through about 6-7 different ones. I’ll try to make sure I get a supply anytime we start to run low.

At first it was late but came a cpl days later. I'm very satisfied. I wrote a previous comment about it while its was late and I completely take back what I said . The item is as promised .

Pancakes are delicious, healthy and very easy to put together by just adding water.

Great size and value. We love the taste of this mix. I eggs and milk and the they become fluffy and extra flavorful!
