I have a family member who can't have dairy anymore but loves key lime pie. This worked perfectly along with Nelli and Joe's Key West lime juice.

Great taste and excellent substitution for the dairy version. Yes, I can make my own…but why?! This works well for dairy free ice cream and homemade granola bars, key lime pie, I can keep going but you get the idea! Mmm good!

I used this to make a custard topping for a cheesecake. The flavor was amazing. The thickness is very similar to dairy sweetened condensed milk. I was going to buy more but it was no longer available at whole foods on Amazon. Bummer. I will keep checking. It is a little on the pricey side but it was the same price as the standard and the oat milk versions.
