Great as cupcakes too!
This is the best keto product I have purchased. I add some sugar free chocolate chips on top and everyone loves them. They are not cheap but it’s well worth the price. Highly recommend this product.

This is a “sweet bread” you can serve to your restricted diet friends and enjoy yourself too
Though I generally review entertainment products on Amazon I do occasionally review food products and just before the “virtual” Fancy Food Show (Specialty Food Assn)in September, I was sent a few varieties of products by this company for an OBJECTIVE review. I previously reviewed the Low-Carb Banana Bread Mix and loved it. Last night it was time to try this one. Now, I am not a Vegan or a Gluten or Lactose intolerant, but I have both friends, relatives and neighbors who are, and I always want to be ready when they come to visit. I noted that this Walnut Cake Mix is also low in carbs (just 1g of net carbs) and that’s one thing I eat way too much of. So, this was the perfect product for me to try out.The first thing I noticed was the package was virtually complete with everything I needed already in my kitchen. Milk (you can use Almond milk or, if not lactose-intolerant, regular low-fat milk) and 4 large eggs. And the mix of course!I’ll stop at this point to clarify some important things. The picture on the front shows the cake being frosted. It also says “sweetener for Frosting and Chopped Walnuts included”. When you turn over the package the basic directions say you need the eggs and the “not milk”. BUT when you read further down for the frosting you will see you need to add “8 oz of cream cheese”. Well, I had some cream cheese but not a full 8oz bar – and I wanted to cut the fat. (BTW, the sweetener for frosting is Erythiritol and Stevia) so I chose not to frost. And, of course- adding cream cheese means it’s no longer ”dairy free” as the front package states. But I’m flexible so I made it in a loaf pan and sliced it as “Walnut Bread” instead of Walnut Cake, knowing this was something I could serve to friends, neighbors and relatives with dietary restrictions (except, of course to those with nut allergies). The extra chopped Walnuts were in a plastic bag and used some IN the mix and some to top the loaf.Per the easy instructions, I preheated the oven at 390 degrees (this must be the first time I ever used that setting) and greased a 9x5 loaf pan. I then separated the eggs to only use the whites– but I’m not vegan so it would be fine to use the whole egg if you are not Vegan. I whisked the eggs (you don’t need to whip with an egg beater) and added the flour (it’s all coconut and Almond Flour) and half of the crushed walnuts and mixed well. Then into the pan and topped with other half of the “walnuts” and then into the oven. 35 minutes later – after testing with a toothpick it was done. I let it cool for an hour and then did the taste test.I Liked it a lot. No, it was not like other nut or fruit breads with lots of butter and egg yolks and lots of sugar. This brand uses monk fruit and Stevia for sweetening. And, while not really sweet it went well with my cup of coffee. I liked its denseness and- after putting a few slices in the refrigerator I found I liked it better when cooler. It does fall apart some so you’ll need a fork to eat it. Maybe adjusting the milk will help next time.So now - as I did with the banana bread mix - to test with a neighbor. I took two slices to my VEGAN neighbor and asked her to try and see what she thought. She voted a thumbs up based on similar products she could eat.So, there you have it. Knowing that this “bread” is Gluten Free, Dairy Free (without the icing) , Vegan, Keto and diabetic “friendly” and yet you can serve it to “everyone at the table” makes it versatile. As for freshness -I received the package in September 2021 and the “best before date” is 10/5/2022 so they have a good shelf life (but (trust me you finish will before that date)I’m looking forward to trying the company’s other “Healthy” products. As I said, I write OBJECTIVE reviews when I post reviews on Amazon. I hope this one guides you.Steve Ramm
