As is with all these Hamlyn 200 recipe books. It is very nicely laid out, and the recopies are nicely set out and easy to follow. They are good for amateur, student and experienced cooks to use as a source of reference. For fun meals with family, friends, and with a little math they are good for single people also.This book covers a very nice selection of vegetarian meals.So as usual with these book it is a very good deal for the young budding cook.

This is really about 50 recipes with 4-5 variations of each. But they all are quick.

It's good straightforward book with quick recepies. We don't use it on regular basis but depending on the price you find it at it's good to have.
