LU Biscuits European Biscuits - Pim's With Orange Filling - 5.29 Ounces

I read the 3* and below reviews and saw some of the pictures so I wasn’t expecting much from this purchase but I was pleasantly surprised. My 1st cookie out of the package had the top totally crushed and about 1/3 of the chocolate off of it so I’m not really impressed with them. They felt kind of firm on the bottom and you couldn’t gently press your fingers in it & leave an indent but when I took my 1st bite I was hooked! The chocolate coating is just sweet enough to match the tart taste of the orange filling & the cookie turned out amazingly soft! It kind of melts in your mouth with the right touch of softness in the biscuit. The orange filling is like most European jams which are much tarter than its US counterpart so the flavor lingers in your mouth for awhile. A must have for orange lovers. After the crumbled 1st cookie the rest of the pack was again surprisingly intact bearing the proud Pim stamp in the middle. The cost I thought was good for an imported cookie ( made in Belgium ) and I pretty devoured the 12 cookies ( Hey! Don’t judge me! The whole package was only 600 calories 😆) in 24 hrs & I didn’t share them w/my hubby or son! They were delivered quite fast w/Amazon Prime so I will be ordering them again just next time I’ll order 2 packages. Quite a tasty cookie imho & only 100 calories per serving which is 2 cookies. It has GMO in it but 90+ percent of the food we eat has some form of GMO on it so please don’t let that scare you away from these tasty little treats!

Sweet and fruity. Dark chocolate one side. Fruit filling in the middle. Great seller as well. 100% would recommend and definitely will buy again!!

The orange-filled European biscuits with chocolate on one side of the cookie are delicious. The cookie part (biscuit) is soft, and there's a bit of a crunch naturally when biting into the chocolate layer. The only problem I had, and why I knocked off a star, is because I felt the biscuits were a bit pricey at $9 a package for 12 biscuits, and because of this, I might buy every so often or not at all, but I will be on the lookout for them at World Market!:)

if you don't like or can't eat crunchy cookies and love chocolate and fruit together, these are the cookies for you. They are certainly for me! I found a blog post I wrote years ago that said that I actually prefer the raspberry flavor over the orange, but the orange is wonderful! Soon I MUST order the raspberry to refresh my memory!

I have tried two different versions of the Jaffa Cake.. the original and this one. By far the better tasting. Kinda pricey, but if you like Jaffa Cakes you will prob enjoy this one.

These are one of our favorite cookies... didn't travel well and were all melted together, had an off taste too.

Pim’s are the best. However, I would avoid ordering them during hot months. The chocolate melts and you can imagine what you get when you open it. Other than that, excellent quality. Delicious.

I’ve always loved these cookies except when I got them this time they were all Squished together it looked like the chocolate was the center of the cookie but I knew it wasn’t but the cookies were so squished together you couldn’t tell I tried to take them apart but then they fell apart what a mess
