Great easy to follow recipes

Great recipes! Simple to make, tasty and healthy. Just what I was looking for. A couple of the recipes I have had to add extra spice or seasoning or herbs, but I tend to do that anyway with most recipes. So I'm planning my meals around this book now. And I didn't have anywhere to start with the Mediterranean diet so this has made it easy for me. As a bonus, I've lost 1.2kg in a week and a half on this diet so I really can't complain. I took off one star because I'm disappointed it didn't have any photos of the meals. Nutrition information would be useful too.

Thank you for this book Rebecca, I Love this book. The recipes are simple and easy to follow. With easy to find ingredients, I have been able to make a fertility meal plan for the hubby and I. I’ve made the Banana Pancakes many times now and for friends who have also loved them. I made the Chicken Souvlaki and Tzatziki which was wonderful. So far so good for someone who isn’t one for spending ages in the kitchen, lovely book that reassures those who are TTC have some recipes as their go to’s.
