The best brand of pen
This is waterproof and fade proof, for writing I prefer this 0.38mm hence I am giving it a perfect score. However for artists you might want to try the 0.28mm

Excellent quality gel pens
Excellent gel pens. Top notch quality ink. And they glide smoothly on the paper for such an extra fine tip size. Some are more scratchy then others, but it's not really noticeable.Overall I am VERY HAPPY with these pens and would recommend them for those who want a fine line pen with a burst of colour.Wouldn't expect anything less from the Uni-Ball Signo series. :)

Smooth and Colorful assortment
These pens are very colorful, quite an assortment, and they write VERY smoothly, but the tips are smaller than I expected. I highly recommend them for writing, but definitely don't recommend them for artwork/coloring unless you just use them for detailed work, such as outlining because they're so small. It would take too long to fill in even part of a page. I recommend them.

The pens are lovely, 19 pens, 19 colors, though on paper, a few look very similar. There's one yellow which I really like, someone commented she wished they had a real yellow. They are very fine writers 0.38mm but I love it, each one wrote right away with no skips or blobs on the paper. I ran a long line and it never skipped at all. Seems like the deeper colors are a little wetter or smoother, but for such a fine point, they all write wonderfully. I hope they never run out of ink or give me any trouble, and I would buy them again in a heart beat.

Great .38 tip pens
These are great for my planner! They have a fine tip so I can get lots of detail into small spaces. They don’t scratch very much for how fine the tip is, they flow nicely.Every single color works, no bad pens in the set I received.

Great Pens...
Absolutely love these. If you like the slightly scratchy feel of 0.38mm gel pens, then this set is a must have. The colors are great. I've used all of them and they're rich and consistent. No streaks or sputters. Just a familiar Uni-ball smooth flow. Excellent quality. I just wish they weren't prohibitively expensive. I had to save up to buy a set of gel pens.
