Stanbroil LP Propane Gas Fire Pit Stainless Steel Burner Ring Installation Kit, 12-inch

Works like a champ! I used it for a reclaimed wine barrel fire pit project. Mine is quiet and the flames are plenty large. In the photos, I have it set on about 1/2. The fitting for the valve key seems heavy duty as does the actual burner. This kit had everything I needed. Highly recommended.

I saw on You Tube how to convert a wood burning outdoor fireplace into a gas fireplace. I couldn’t remember all the parts to but but came with everything i needed. Itwas easy to assemble and works great. I need to learn to turn it on barely when lighting.

I bought this burner assembly to convert my wood-burning chimenea into a small fire feature.I purchased the smallest 6" burner assembly, a small set of ceramic logs, and a 12' quick connect hose from Amazon. I used some lava rocks as the "base" under the ceramic logs - both to conceal the burner and distribute the flames around the logs.The chimenea had a "bowl" width of 18-20", and the 6" burner was perfect to simulate a small fire in it. The included valve and hoses deliver plenty of natural gas for a realistic flame (I only use about 1/3 of the available gas flow). The natural gas source is a 1/2" pipe tied into my main gas line, which then feeds the 3/8" quick connect hose. I used the 1/2" valve which was included in the kit, the conversion fittings on either side of the valve, and the 3/8" metal gas line to the burner. I did need to add some brass 1/2" pipe to reach through the holes that I drilled in the bottom of the chimenea and the wood base it stands on.Unlike a few of the other reviews here, I think the gas delivery is more than adequate for this purpose. The chimenea provides a decent amount of heat to my outdoor patio and has a really nice, realistic look to it. I'm very pleased with the results!

The media could not be loaded.  I used this ring to convert a wood fire pit to propane. It was easy to assemble. The flame is very large. I never go above half way open on the valve. Honestly it’s tough to get the flame small enough so it’s not too bright when sitting around the fire pit

Wanted to set up in back yard and realy enjoy it.

Instructions need to be clearer. Written instructions say holes down but the diagram shows holes up.

The media could not be loaded.  I hired a plumber to run a new gas line to our fire table. This was a conversion from propane to natural gas. The connection to the gas valve was easy after my plumber installed the new gas line and valve with the quick connect valve that was included with this kit. No fuss, connection done.

Easy to install and works great. Better than I expected. With the addition of glass (had to buy separately), looks wonderful with the adjustment of flame. Purchased to convert our wood burning fireplace outside.

The media could not be loaded.  Originally, I purchased the black ring fire ring, install kit and quickly change my mind and re-ordered the stainless steel ring.The return policy was quick and seamless, which I really appreciate it. Once I assembled this kit into my fire table, I was impressed with how easily it was to set up along with the amount of flames that come out of this 12 inch ring of fire.

The media could not be loaded.  Very nice flame pattern. It is a little ”hissy” sounding when the valve is wide open, but this is probably due to it operating it at 11” WC. A 4” WC regulator would most likely fix the issue. My main complaint is that the burner lacks any mounting tabs, which means I had to get creative. 1/2” EMT conduit clips do the trick!

Works well and is quiet compared to the one which broke. Highly recommended
