Mediocre
It had good questions but not worth the money compared to barrons, which has way more practice tests and harder questions

son finds helpful
My son has not taken the actual test yet. But in preparation, he did the diagnostic test. This was helpful in directing him to the the chapters he needed to review the most. After studying a couple chapters, he took a practice test and his score was improved by 110 points. So he says the book has been helpful.

Concise content review, effective test taking strategies, fundamentals practice and 3 sample exams
1. The book provides a content review of the subjects on the SAT Math 2 exam. The information provided is easy to follow. However, if you have not already taken the classes, through pre calculus, then it is probably not enough. That is, you cannot learn, for the first time, middle school math through precalculus from this book. 2. The drills in the book ensure that you are solid on the fundamentals. 3. The summary tests at the end of the chapter are good but probably do not have enough of the harder questions. 4. There are 2 in book and 1 online practice tests. 5. The test taking strategies are helpful. 6. In all, for the price, this book is well done. Also, as this book is concise, you will have time to supplement with official tests from the makers of the SAT Math 2 to get more of the harder problems.
