Good bargain!
For a couple of reasons this merits a 5 stars. 1. It is less expansive than what my first towel costs. My friends got me a $60 towel when I first started practicing hot yoga. 2. This has a lot of anti-slippery dots. It said 15000 on the description. I really do think this works better than the $60 towel. I will buy this again if I need another one.

The grips are too large and hard - they dig into your hands and knees. I would not recommend purchasing this for hot yoga.
