I am using this bioti every day couple of months and honestly 0 difference. I dive deeper into study and honest opinion from other people and Biotin doesnt do anything. This one has a great taste but 0 effect

Does biotin works very fast and really makes your nails and hair grow quickly! It does have somewhat of an aftertaste but the overall flavor is pretty decent. The biotin works you just have to remember to take it!
