it sticks to the window! it fell a few times in the beginning, but who is perfect?

Product As Expected
The product is as expected. Assembling was easy which could be done easily in 5 minutes (however no manual/instructions were present in/on the box). The suction cups are really good quality but have to be put firmly on the glass (ideally using water) for a better hold. Satisfied by the product and the delivery speed which was less than 12 hrs.

the product is okay but the suction cups keep on detaching from the window. my cat can only stay there for couple of minutes then it'll fall.

There is no instruction card inside, no paper or plastic packing. Was opened from another costumer previously and I received used one. The quality is bad

My cat loves it. Its surprisingly big and very durable. If can also hold lots of weight and many cats.

The suction cup is excellent and the size is good for one or two cats. The only problem is that it has this smell that lingers even on the cat... the smell of new furniture, but I think it will disappear with use.
