Q: do these stay up well? Meaning, when you pull them up, do they stay up? I'm so tired of tights creeping down until the crotch is at my knees.

i have an array of tights for dance and exercise. the 2 capezios i have up the best. They are very tight fitting. you should buy a size larger. i am 6ft. 1in. and 210 lbs. and I wear an XL in dance tights and Large for Medival renaissance faires as those are cut looser for shows and you are not moving around for performance. But my capezio I have are 2XL actually as it was recommended to get a size larger by the instructor. He was right. The 2XL fits like a glove and holds up the whole time. you never have to worry about them sagging or pulling up the fabric on the thigh. They feel like light compression running tights. you do feel them throughout your workout or dance. I use them for more rigorous routines. In light workouts I don't use them as I go with a less compression tight I got from a company in Germany called comort4men, but they are very expensive with tariff fees and take at least 6 weeks to get them over here. But here in the US, the Capezio is the best way to go. they do specialize in ballet and dancewear.

I would get either men’s large or extra large, so that the larger size can make up for the necessary inseam you wil require.
