Nordic Ware is always a good thing! I’ve made 4 bundts now and all were perfect! If you don’t own Nordic ware…don’t think, just purchase some. You’ll want everything they make if you spend a lot of time in the kitchen. And, it’s beautiful and a dream to clean. So easy, so functional!
